Cancellation Policy
Order Confirmation Process
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation message from Zelocart via WhatsApp containing your billing and shipping details. The message will also include a poll with the following options:
- Confirm Order
- Cancel Order
- Change Delivery Address
You may select the appropriate option to confirm your order, cancel it, or request a change to the delivery address.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellations can only be requested through the WhatsApp confirmation poll before the order is confirmed. If you wish to cancel your order, please select the "Cancel Order" option in the poll.
Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address, you may do so by selecting the "Change Delivery Address" option in the WhatsApp confirmation poll before confirming your order.
No Cancellations After Order Confirmation
Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. We process confirmed orders immediately to ensure prompt delivery; therefore, cancellation requests will not be accepted after confirmation.
No Modifications After Order Confirmation
Once an order has been confirmed, no changes or modifications can be made, including :
- Product additions or removals
- Changes to the delivery address
- Updates to billing or shipping information
- Any other order-related modifications
Please review all order details carefully before confirming your order.
Finality of Confirmation and Cancellation
Once an order has been confirmed or cancelled through the WhatsApp confirmation process, no further changes, modifications, or reversals will be permitted.
Exceptions
In rare circumstances, Zelocart reserves the right to cancel an order, including but not limited to the following situations:
- The ordered item is out of stock
- A pricing error has occurred
- The delivery pincode is not serviceable
In such cases, the full amount paid for the order will be refunded to the original payment method.
