• Delivery to remote or rural areas may take 7–10 business days depending on courier service availability.


💰 Shipping Charges
• We offer Free Shipping on most products.
• Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly mentioned at checkout.


📦 Order Tracking
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.
• You can track your order using the tracking link provided.


❗ Delivery Delays

ZeloCart is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners but will assist you in tracking your order.


📍 Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
• Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct.
• If delivery fails due to incorrect details or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.


🚫 Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
