Order Policy
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation message from Zelocart via WhatsApp. This message will include your billing and shipping details, along with a poll containing the following options:
- Confirm Order
- Cancel Order
- Change Delivery Address
Please select the appropriate option in the poll to confirm your order, cancel it, or request an address change.
Once an order has been confirmed or cancelled, no further modifications can be made, including changes to the delivery address or order details.
